The Irish Robotics Club is a voluntary, not for profit organisation set up to broaden peoples practical interest in robotics, inter-discipline engineering, electronics and computer based science.The club is open to all and is free of charge to join.
Get Involved We mentioned the robocode competition before and the deadline for tweaking the code has now passed. The code is set and the virtual robotic tank battles will be played out in the 11th and 12th of March in Tipperary Institute, Thurles, Co. Tipperary Ireland. Good luck to all involved. We didn't mention the secondary school equivalent called schoolbots. Eight teams have qualified for the finals and it would seem that all the budding programmers are from outside Dublin.
