Loving the robot logo! what will you be selling in your shop and when?

Thanks Emer,
He’s a funny little guy alright, at least being a robot he won’t get tired holding that sign.
About the shop, we will stock all the parts for making your very own robots! From the basics like wires and resistors, to servo motors, sensors and programmable microcontroller “brains”. We hope to cover all levels of expertise from robot newbie to the hardened engineer. We will also stock components for electronic projects, like the super arduino microcontrollers. If anyone has anything specific they would like to see? Post a comment
As for when, its just a matter of fine tuning and testing the shop site and getting the stock in. While that’s going on I hope to post any Irish robot news I can get my hands on and hopefully put up a few basic tutorials on robot building. Again if anyone has anything they would like to see, please feel free to leave a comment with suggestions

An Irish source of arduinos? Excellent!
Great site, good luck with it…

Thanks Flibbertigibbet,
Yeah that would be the plan. I think Ireland deserves its own Arduino distributor, there has to be enough Irish makers out there. Once I’m finished writing up my never ending PhD thesis, I’ll set up shop!
